This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which ROOT TO AZADI LTD ("we", "us", "our") may issue refunds for membership charges. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a membership plan.
The $1.00 USD introductory charge for the Starter plan (covering your first 2 months) is non-refundable. By purchasing the Starter plan, you acknowledge and agree that this fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We offer this introductory rate so you can explore the Starter membership library at minimal cost before committing to the ongoing $8.00/month rate.
Monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable. When you are billed for a monthly period, you are purchasing access to the membership library for that full billing month. Cancellation after a billing date will not result in a refund for the current period — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your membership before your next renewal date. Email {{COMPANY_EMAIL}} with the subject "Cancel Membership".
We may consider a refund of a monthly charge in the following limited circumstances:
Refunds in these circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion. We review each request fairly and respond within 5 business days.
We will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
The same refund policy applies to Professional Membership charges. Please refer to Sections 2.1 through 2.3 above. Professional members with specific concerns should contact their account manager directly.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately and to contest the chargeback. We encourage all members to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.

We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via PayPal.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, you may be entitled to remedies beyond those described in this policy. Please contact us or seek independent legal advice.
