The terms governing your use of ROOT TO AZADI LTD membership and services.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website and membership services operated by ROOT TO AZADI LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ROOT TO AZADI LTD.
ROOT TO AZADI LTD provides a digital business resources membership that includes access to business templates, marketing resources, AI prompt libraries, sales scripts, email templates, social media templates, business planning documents, startup resources, training content, and resource downloads. The specific contents of the membership library may change over time as resources are added and updated.
We offer three membership plans: Starter ($1.00 for the first 2 months, then $8.00/month), Growth ($19.00/month), and Professional ($49.00/month). Each plan grants access to the membership library at the feature level described on our Pricing page.
Starter Limited Offer: The $1.00 introductory charge covers your first two months. After that period, your Starter membership renews at $8.00 USD per month unless cancelled. Growth and Professional plans renew monthly at their standard rates from the date of purchase.
All plans renew automatically on a monthly basis via PayPal at the then-current plan price. You will be charged on the same calendar date each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise ROOT TO AZADI LTD to charge the applicable fees. All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at {{COMPANY_EMAIL}} with the subject "Cancel Membership". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period you have paid for expires. We do not provide partial-month refunds upon cancellation unless required by applicable law.
The $1.00 Starter introductory charge is non-refundable. Monthly membership fees (Starter $8/mo, Growth $19/mo, Professional $49/mo) are generally non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on the limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered.
All content within the membership library — including templates, guides, scripts, prompts, and training materials — is the intellectual property of ROOT TO AZADI LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the membership resources for your own personal or internal business purposes during your active membership. You may customise and use templates in your own business operations.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute membership resources to non-members; publish resources publicly as your own original work without modification; use resources to create competing products or services; remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials; or use automated tools to bulk-download resources.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use our services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Membership access is for a single user. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Our services and resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using our resources — results will vary based on individual application and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROOT TO AZADI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROOT TO AZADI LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ROOT TO AZADI LTD is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
